Medical revalidation takes place once every five years and is the process by which the General Medical Council is able to confirm the continuation of a doctor’s licence to practise in the UK. Revalidation is necessary for a doctor to retain their licence to practice in the UK.
The aim of revalidation is to provide greater assurance to patients, employers and healthcare professionals that the doctor is up-to-date and fit to practise, It is one of the key components of measures put in place in the aim to improve the quality of care for patients.

We have partnered with World Academy of Medical Leadership (WAML) to support the Fellowship in Quality Education in Medicine. This highly regarded Fellowship will help your CV standout and edge your competition out when applying for substantive or Locum posts. You could even have a publication at the end of in addition to the Fellowship. What is more it will also count towards any MSc or MBA program that you might be interested in the future, thereby saving you valuable course time.
We pride ourselves in having in our own team of senior physicians with legal background and experience. We provide non-obligatory advise on Contractualdisputes, medical negligence, coroner’s inquest, rota issues, educational counselling, to name a few. We also support doctors where they require representation in internal Trust hearings or external hearings like at the GMC.

Medical appraisal is an annual process built upon self-review, supported by information gathered from the doctor’s work. It is mandatory, for all doctors wishing to practice in the UK.
We place students in the UK, on a 1 month rotation that would enhance their medical, surgical, leadership and communication skills to give them the much needed confidence, as they embark on their medical careers.
